its probably an antivirus or firewall problem. try disabling those and then installing

Even after doing both of your suggestions, it still will not even start the application. Do you think it's because of Windows 10?

nope. it works great on windows 10.

Hmm. Looks like I'll just have to go without it then. :(
 

Is this program available for Phones? (just a question i had)

I'm sure you cannot use KH Ultra trainer on the phone because it requires C++ Visual Basic :)

because this is the thread for that...  Try searching.  We are working on an Android version, but no, until the day comes that you can just install random Windows apps onto your phone, it won't be happening.
