Someone even posted in the Fotum how easy it is to hack item stats or the stats in general.
Maybe he hacked his magic find (mf) i don´t know.
I´ve tried a lot (mainly just 4b*1 because i thin he doesn´t use *8 and *8+6 at all) and all it did for me was nothing (it didn´t even just show the changed value -.- except the xp and gold hack
if someone could explain it to me it would be great

First of all, this is an online game so chances are that CE might not be so useful since the more juicy values are probably stored and calculated server sided.
Second, since this is a online game, you might want to use Charles instead of CE.
Third, we have plenty of tutorials in the site, some marked as tutorials, other masked inside game questions.
No number of hacks, good or bad, can replace Common Sense.
If you don't know how to use a hack, don't complain about them. Ask first, then complain.
In case you'd like me to update one of my hacks, please PM me, I'll bother updating them...

This is a multiplayer game and it just can’t be client side… I just wanted to give a warning.

Current state of the game is really easy to hack. Before you sell kreds, go server side! So people can’t hack it easily. This progress took like 10 minutes.
Also matching a 99999 elo player with 1188 elo player is bad…

you don't need cheat engine._. all you need is a javascript debugger
weather you're using chrome dev tools or firefox's javascript debugger you can edit almost any item likeso:
it's stupid how the dev decides to charge it's players real money when you can just edit any values with any browser:P
Yeah, you're just changing the display, you're not actually doing anything intelligent.
