Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+

Hi Everyone. So anyone that played Binding of issac know about the existence of grambling machines and beggars on the game. There was a cheat table long ago that modifies these machines to almost always wins and beggars to always give items but now the page of the table is gone. i Do not myself how to find the value of these machines to tweak. Can i have some help here please? thanks!
