i dont know what i must reply if it really didnt work for me.. 
here is results after search in cheat engine: 
moni: still didn't find
hp is double*1(rounded)
exp, skill points and perk points is 4b*1
other things is too hard for me to search

may be that other thing like magic energy, radiation and limb hp is 4b*1 too..
