Got IP banned after wrong pwd in KongHack Ultra Trainer

Hello,
some days ago I forgot that I changed my pwd. Then I used the false/old pwd in the KongHack Ultra Trainer and one or two times in the homepage (I wanted to find out the pwd). Now my home IP is banned. Could you remove the ban please?
