sas 4 mp stats trainer

i cant seem to figure out how to actually get the 10 million kills and certain amount of wins etc
 

If u use cheat engine and Hackersgonnahack's elite trainer combined, then at first select the exact sas4 process like u do in the KHUT. then under the MP stats hack section, u can click on the empty boxes beside the 10 million kills/win or 1 billion kills/wins. if it works there will be a red cross mark on the box particular hack. u need to restart the game and cheat engine if u want to use same hack with different value. like if u used 1B wins hack first, u need to restart the game and cheat engine to use 0 out mp status.
