clicking dl link makes page "flash" a second and nothing else

https://konghack.com/topic/8871-konghack_ultra_trainer on chrome, i keep it updated. So when i click either of the DL links, the page flashes a second as though reloading,and nothing else happens. The "open link in new window" doesent even open a new window. For all I can tell, link is broken, not having issues anywhere else. any help appreciated, thanks.
that's true no idea what is going on, will try giving it a look but in the meanwhile you can right click select copy link address and paste it manually in the urlbar
it seems a problem about downloading exe over http on a page loaded over https, at least that's my guess reading about similar reports but cant pinpoint errors or anything.

ok im almost sure that is it. Use my suggested workaround
lol, that server is on 14.04. I'm goanna need to spend the day running upgrades in hopes of getting a cert on there
