Method: Cheat Engine
From the title screen do an Array of Bytes scan for "60 ?? ?? 24 00 61 ?? ?? 5d ?? ?? 24 00 4f ?? ?? 01 5d ?? ?? 4f ?? ?? 00 47", move the "47" (highlighted) from the end to the front, for infinite skills which should be enough to gain all badges with ease (use dark power to kill reds from far away and pick up all golden eggs).
