There are the following medals for this game:
Patience
Watch through the intro sequence - load the game, then go get a smoke/coffee/beer and come back :-)

Backstory
As for Patience - if you wait for a few seconds on the "insert coin" screen it'll show.

Dance Party
Click on the drummer in the credits sequence at the end of the game.

Domo Hunt
During the fight em up mini-game, just before you get to the ridable dragon, you will see an eagle's head. Hit the eagle's eye until you get dropped into the mini-game.

Fat Bastard
Right at the end of the game you end up in a single screen with a sign saying "Turtle Village", hit this sign several times and the Fat Bastard will appear.

Giant Crab Battle
In the intro to the game, in Domo's apartment. Click on the tank on the right hand side of the screen.

Gojira
When you get to the car smashing level hit the power puff girl on the right.

Squigly Fish
Click on the fish in the credits sequence at the end of the game.

The Boy
After the flying sequence, at the start of the next mini game, a girl and a boy will run towards you. Kill the boy to get this medal.

The Girl
After the flying sequence, at the start of the next mini game, a girl and a boy will run towards you. Kill the girl to get this medal.

Dragon Slayer
Kill the flying dragon to get this one. The following will lower the dragon's hit points:

Zero Vengeance
Don't get struck by lightning in the first mini-game, the following will get you this medal:

Note, this changes it to make you get the medal if you would otherwise fail. If you manage to do it straight and this hack is in place then you won't get the medal. (So if you get to 19 without being hit once, just wait for a bit.)

A Smasher is You
Win the game.

Dongle
Play the game twice through in one sitting.

Fast Smash
Smash the car in 20 seconds or less.

Penguin Popper
Kill 90 penguins in the flying sequence. I got this straight by straffing up and down, but it is hard - there's 180 penguins total so you need to kill most of them.

The below poke will help somewhat:

This will remove the randomness to the penguin placement on the Y axis, so you can just sit on the centre line and fire.

Three Eddies
With the first level (i.e. hitting the ppgs as they pop up). Smash the supporting objects (the road cones, mailboxes ad nauseam) until you get 3 "Eddies"

Secret Medal (Lestor)
During the Giant Crab Battle sequence, at the end, click on the crab's underwear.

Secret Medal (Flyby)
At the car mini-game, knock the 3 downed ppg off screen before you hit the car.

Updated with all the medal details - I have them all now, but Flyby.

I did the penguins one straight by strafing, but haven't managed it again. I'll need to have another look. I've expanded the message with all the medals and how to get them.

Not too sure, i got it on my first playthrough.

Got it finally and updated the original message. Also did a poke that makes penguin popper slightly easier (by placing them all in the centre of the screen).

I want to never play this game again!

EDIT: first 10 penguins didn't work, but the next 90 did so i got the medal.

I can't believe you managed to change the game like that? thats amazing. If you can change the lineup that enemies come in through, i have no doubt you can hack just about anything lol.

It's unlimited lives, not health (I couldn't find one for health). You'll still die, but you'll always have 3 lives left.

I cleared up my last medal on this game yesterday, so that one definitely works!

Just keep whacking stuff off until there's 3. You have unlimited time/lives to do so.

To get the three eddies badge they must be there AFTEr the Bashing the PPG minigame,and carry on to the flying minigame.

Yeah, just leave all 3 on screen, or if you want to guarantee you get it, just wait til there's 4 or 5 on screen, then go and beat it real quick.

Uhm.. really? That was like the easiest medal in that game, smash for about 5 seconds super fast on the right side, then jump to the left side of the car and keep hitting "A" like a.. I don't know.. I finished it in like 14 seconds.
