Tried the simple ce hacks ( *8, *4, *2, unknown initial value) for health, ammo and boss health.

Then i just beat the game twice and got all the medals. No hack needed really.

Boss fire
you dodge
then fire back
Repeat for each level

facerape = chainsaw the shotgun guy when he spawns behind you.
Pacifist = don't touch the clown at the end of game
true face of evil = punch clown at the end of the game

Yes I have gotten 3 of the 4 medals just doing it normally. Its a fun game, so I don't care to play it. Its not hard once you get the hang of it.

Though trying out the above hack made me realise it is quite easy once you've got the timing right...

Yeah this game was super easy. Surprised tom didn't add any "beat the game without dying" or anything really difficult.
