Secret medal: click on middle drawer in fireplace room or somewhere where it says There is something interesting

It's looking more like under 15 minutes to get S, I saw someone with a 14 minute runtime and got S.

Complete in under 20 minutes
Use no syringes

I've done it four times, two for myself and two for a friend to get all the medals. All but one of the times have been under 15 minutes. Once you have done it once....Its easy to memorize, and easy to do to get all the medals (broken image removed)
