End of current level is game end. If you haven't started the game yet then doing so ends off with a completion at level 0 with 0 score, which still counts for the hard.

Playing through with collisions disabled will get you both easily, although if you don't want a high score you might want to watch your combo meter.

this was a easy ass game i beat it on my first time ever playing it without hacks
