Fairly simple game, point and click, has a walkthrough http://www.bubblebox.com/gameinfo/foreigncreature2.htm that will get you most of the medals.

The two secret medals are milkshake, once you get to the scene with the singers apartment (the one with the dogs in it) click the milk bottle on the table before you do anything else.

The second one, click the cup of tea before you do anything else in bonus scene #2 that unlocks once you finish the game once.
