Pretty easy game, shouldn't need hacking. But this seems like a simple .sol hack or ce *8 hack for money if your lazy. I got through it without cheating and never came close to dying. Took about 30 minutes to get all the medals.
If you beat the game, you will get them all. No secrets or tricks. Although people are reporting that medals may be broken as the game may have been updated.
