Easy game, most medals are just for grabbing powerups.

One of the secret medals is to grab 2 health packs in one game (can be over multiple playthroughs).
The other is called Grumpy Pants. Fly over enemy fruits until you get the medal, do not shoot.

Not even worth hacking - takes about 5 minutes to get them all legit!
