W00t! I got on 10th place legit! (broken image removed)
@Topic For all medals, do nothing on first and second screen and then on the music screen press TAB and hold Enter, you'll get 20k easily.

The medals do officially work now. To get all medals, do nothing on the first two "levels" and on the third one, press Tab and hold Enter until the time runs out, you'll have 20k+ points which is enough for all three medals.
