Two secret medals are for clicking the "Wallpaper" buttons on the main screen.
Two medals are for clicking the links "About the book" and "About the photographer" on the main menu.
One secret medal is for clicking the link "Thanks Jeff" in the credits.

Well, that's about it, all medals got.
