Number of I dunno in cells is 4b*1; changes from level to level.
Just use speedhack, search for the main cell's value, reset speedhack, wait or use some tentacles (I guess), speedhack, search and so on.

Just so you know, you can remove a connection between two cells by slicing them (drag and drop motion with the mouse.)

Zirak's approach works for all levels.
You can lock (decrease or increase) every single cell.

the number stays the same if the cell changes ownership, so i assume there is another variable per cell to determine ownership.

basically find an enemy cell, put it to 0, capture it, lock it and let it increase.
