Here are some .sol files that give you basically any/everything you should need.

Noticed that all the categories are 8 byte offsets from the previous item:

Example for Personal Skills:
Alchemy: 06E49448
Observation: 06E49448 +8 = 06E49450
Blacksmithing: 06E49450 +8 = 06E49458

Ditto for Combat Skills, but different memory space.

Haven't bothered with the Buffs yet.

Code is obfuscated. UnSWFEncryptUNP and SWF Decrypt both failed to do anything useful for me. Haven't dealt with obfuscated code before, so I have no idea what I'm doing. Read what I could find on these forums, but still came up short.

Edit:
If you are starting a new game, you HAVE to die to the intro demon before you use this.  If you use this on a new game and then beat the intro demon, the game will fuck up.
