Is it even possible to get the gold medal in this game without cheating? I played a prehack version in which I couldn't die, and even sitting in one spot constantly firing took longer than 2 minutes 20 seconds to kill him.

Well, developer has it, so it is possible. Unless he is hacker. And he even posted a walkthrough, look at it

Just change the HP (broken image removed) (this will get you a win time of about 8 seconds...)

Pretty sure your score autosends... but the game has been modded anyways. Hard mode to get medals, but the medals were removed for some reason.
Nvm, score submit is optional (aside from the 5 pt medal) so hack away even if you like your ranking list standing.
And all medals work now.
