[request] class 3 outbreak

I had posted this in the other section. but no one responded.So i found it on kongregate and i hope someone responds.

I wanted an AOB for the number of polices you had at the start of survivle mode. And a timer hack for normal mode

I tryed hacking the number of police men using 4b*1. and i can find the value but when i change it it wont show up any more police men

Also the number of zombies is also 4b*1. but it dosent change the real zombies on screen. just the zombie count

I think im doing somthing wrong here. but i dont know what.
