I got nothin...looks like it was made with Multimedia Fusion, not sure if that has anything to do with not being able to find anything? Might want to ask someone like Derek or KH...
I can't find anything in the SWF; even searching for specific medal names gives no results. As far as the Konami code, you have to put it in on the title screen. I'll put a list of known medals and how to get them legit for now... hopefully they will get approved soon.

And you can get those Only Blaster medals on Easy difficulty, making it pretty easier
