Instant shipbuild/refit doesn't seem to be working for me. I'm pretty sure the AoBs are okay, I think the actual glitchyness of the game is just bugging it out.

Edit: ^ I just noticed the Disable was off, Idk if that affected it but i'll fix and check.
EDIT:EDIT: Nope. Nothing. Idunno. I turn on hackcheck and insta ship build, try build a ship, see my res go down (Res gain is off) and I don't even see the speed up cancel option. I refresh, and its like I never build it.
Ideas?
