Weird, can't seem to get this .swf file

Normally I can always find a way around whatever trickery a website uses to hide the swf but not this time.

Only reference I could find to an swf is
http://dawnofthedragons.cdngc.net/clash ... ercury.swf

Which shows up on the main pages resource files in chrome as an image. And is called as some image function in javascript.

When I try and download the url directly it never starts the download. When I visit the direct link in chrome and download the file from the resources section of developer tools I end up with a 0 file size .swf

Can someone help?
