I would feel a little better if KongregateHack said if it was ok to post the link because he said we can't post premium content, and you're supposed to have to pay to get to these games.

It's called level classed beta testing. Anyone over a certain level cap can become a beta tester for a LOT of games.

After reviewing the board guide lines;
I have come to the conclusion that posting a .SWF of a premium game would, under board circumstances, be allowed.

The rules specifically state that posting a HACK of premium content would not be tolerated.
Posting the link to an online official .swf is most certainly not a hack.
It also does not enable premium content.

as max said, if you're a certain lv on Kong you can access some of these games anyway. I saw the games out roughly when Simple said the Kong+ version was out, just get a lv65 account or high kong lv account and you should be able to play the games normally.

If you don't know what I mean get a mid-high lv account on kong and a low lv one. Go onto the low lv one and compare the games you can't see but you can see on the high one
