Money can be found via 4b*1, don't think you can alter directly by freezing, but change the value & then win a race, that'll keep the money high.
The game itself isn't very hard though.

This doesn't actually make you play with the 3rd car. All it does is change the artwork on the race loading screen. After using the AOB you still have different max top speeds (175 in class 1, 195 in class 2, 215 in class 3).
Your money AOB works great and should be just about enough for anybody to win every race easily. There was one track I kept crashing on, so I used the no AI code that lol wut gave.
