KBH would be the quickest way of getting this done. just put a highscore under 40,000 and set levels completed to 50.

If you already completed it before it was badged, you can move the .sol from /0014/7475/live/CoverOrange_PP3-3.swf to /0014/7475/live/CoverOrange_PP3-2.swf. Either way, with the above .sol, your own legit .sol, or your own edited .sol, you need to complete level 5 and level 50 to get the badges.
