Issue with KongHack.com

Made a user account over there, after hitting submit it said it both failed and succeeded (I think top line was fail, bottom was success)
It seems that it succeeded in making the account, but failed in sending me an email. Cant sign in to an inactive account (to, you know, ask for the email to be resent), or make a new account with the same email.
