Help with downloading userscript

I am sorry to be an inconvenience due to my lack of knowledge on the topic, but i would like to get some help in figuring out how to properly download the userscript mentioned in the kon hack 101 forum. I have attempted to open the link and made a what i would call an attempt at manually adding the link into the program and to no avail could i figure out how to add the script. Any help would be appreciated and thank you.

If you're using Firefox, install Greasemonkey first.
If you're using Chrome, install Tampermonkey first.
If you'r eusing Internet Explorer, shoot yourself in the fucking face.

Dont worry about it and thank you for the quick reply. i am going to look up a tut to explain tampermonkey and then ill look into why i cant load the link.
