Hello there thenewcomer aka Chris (according to the event log),
Please go to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Apps\
Look for the folder "2.0" and delete the whole folder (back-ups aren't required)

Next, go to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\
Look for "KongHack", delete the whole folder (back-ups aren't required)
Then, go to http://konghack.com/topic/8871-konghack_ultra_trainer
Download the recommended system type (if you have x64, download x64 - vice versa)
Install it, and please post in this thread if you are receiving the same error message!

(Side-note: your .NET Runtime is currently okay, the only problem is corrupt data)
