I am assuming you are referring to SAS: Zombie Assault 4?
Whether you are using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome,
you must apply the AoBs during the title page.
Else the application will crash.

DllNotFoundException

for one reason or another, the system cannot find the file needed to apply the hacks. 

This is typically due to antivirus/firewall blocking/deleting files from the trainer.
