First account point dropped, couldn't read konghack 101

I will try to keep this brief but will elaborate if necessary.

1. First account got point dropped - life got crazy, forgot about point system.

2. With my point dropped account, couldn't read the konghack 101 thread or find an alternative way to contact the staff or anyone for further information. Haven't recieved a redemption e-mail despite using a real e-mail account.

3. I would like to be a positive and contributing member to the site and realize I'm making a poor first impression and apologize for the hassle.

Check your spam folder. Not sure if redemption emails are still going out but if they are, there's a good chance it's there.

I just sent you 100 points, bringing your balance to 0. I think the flag will have to manually be reset to reactivate your account though...Hopefully TiM can provide some more insight.

I should  mention my first account was "Valkyrie" I cannot find it on the members list though. There is a "Valkyrie1" but I don't believe that's my account.

And I've checked my spam folder, unfortunately no sign of the e-mail.

Alright, I now have my original account back thank you. Is there anything else I can elaborate on or comment on in the meantime?
