Userscript not working for chrome

After downloading the script, it refuses to install on my chrome..... i can download the script fine but it doesn't let me install the user script. please help?

You need to have the TamperMonkey extension installed in order to load userscripts properly.  Chrome without TamperMonkey won't allow userscripts to install that aren't published through the chrome webstore.

Requirements:
If you use Firefox, you'll need Greasemonkey
If you use Chrome, you'll need Tampermonkey

That should be added in the userscript block...
