Topic Parsing!

So, here's my idea.  We have a shit load of people posting errors lately, and it's only going to get worse the more diverse the userbase becomes.  I'm a bit surprised we haven't had any macfags trying to use the trainer and bitching.

Anyway, if I knew exactly what to look for in those massive messy logs people are posting, I could code HackBot to auto-reply with the correct instructions on how to fix whatever their problem is.  From what I can tell, the common errors are.
1) Dependencies are not installed.
2) Anti-virus fucked some shit up.

Thoughts?

As for the dependencies, I made this quite a while ago for the reason of people complaining:

I'm talking about analyzing their post and figuring out what's wrong that way, not via running anything on their actual computer. :P

this is a great idea, but a lot of times the people post the error as an image instead of plain text.

Yeah, that should stop me from giving shit advice when it comes to the trainer...I say go for it once kolonel gets back from his sabbatical...

This would be something that'd probably take about 5 minutes and potentially save us hours of support time in the near future.  It's definitely worth it.  Hell, with the code done, I could integrate it into HackBot so you could just PM him an error log and he'd analyze it.
