Im a returning MAA player. Was lvl 279 with 72 heroes and 200k bonuses. (PVP item bonuses back then only add 2000-4000 Off/Def). Is low vibranium safe or stay at diamond?

Get your bonuses up first, should be easy to do if you have spare Shield points and silver. You should be able to get around 700-800k which is decent enough to stick around in high diamond / low vibranium until the last few days, then push into the 1700-1800 adamantium if you can.

Also you will hit level 300 long before the last day of pvp is here. You get 3k xp for your 5 daily pvp battles alone. If you use the KHUT hack to allow your agent into the Generalist simulator and spend your sim points regularly, level 300 shouldn't take you more than a week or two.
