All the values I found are server sided (Not surprised since in the beginning of the game it asks which server to join).
Anyways, I'm still trying to see if there's any values not controlled by the server, and make hacks for those.
I'm pretty sure it's not 100% server sided.

I've read the tutorial that explains about the Cheat engine, pointers and variables, but I stuck and give up! Because I'm from Brazil, and my English is a poor shit...
I tried to use the /translate.google, but it was incomprehensible anyway...
...Currently I keep playing TitanSurge, but a hack would be a great help.
