What it does: It changes all the units to cost 1 gold and their time is reduced to the same as that of a club man. So you get the power of say a war machine for the price of 1 and creation time of a club man. Super soldiers are NOT effected by this as they have a different address. This also makes the turrets cost 1

It's pretty cool when you start off with an Ion Ray, just equip it, and since it doesn't cost, you don't loose any money, then leave it, come back and 5 minutes later you've won because the Ion Ray hit the enemy base twice (broken image removed)
