The Sol DataBase 1.0 (5/12/09)(ON HOLD)

Well here it is. This is what Pked and I have been working on. Here ya go!

What is it?

This program holds (will hold) all sols need for Kongregate badges. At the click of a mouse you will have the sol downloaded from a server and placed in the correct file.

Features

User Friendly - Sols are downloaded effortless
Auto-Updating- Once you download the program you will not have to redownload for new sols. They will be added to the program automatically. The only time you will need to redownload the program is when the program it self gets updated.

Current Problems

There is only one problem at this time. And that is having the program create folders.
Example- Say you want to download the Sol for 'Sonny II', yet you have never played the game. You will get an error due to the folders not being active.

Future Updates

Like said before, the folder creation is the only bump in the road. Other then that, updating the Data Base with all the sols. I will be adding more daily.

FAQs

Q.Why do some games have a (pt1/x)?
A.Some games have more then 1 .sol file. So when you see this, make sure to get all in the set.

Common Error(s)

Run Time Error '76':
Path Not Found

Problem - No folder to save the sol into
Fix - Play the game you want to download for a minute or so, and redownload
Note - This should be fixed in the next update

How To Use~

1: Open the Application
2: Pick the Sol on the left side and click download

Note: If a file says (pt1/3) you MUST download all parts for it to work correctly.

EDIT:Also, even if you have the folders, it may not work correctly, the paths may be wrong on some, looking into it now.

nvm, i was needed to make a new folder then extract it. now it works perfectly Thanks.


-edit balloon invaion still not working, i can't get all badges.

All paths should be fixed. Close program and reopen to redownload them all

I have the save game everything is completed but i get nothing.

What game are you trying for? I made most of the pack, so I'm pretty sure they're right.

You need to finish the last level for that.

Congrats guys. Another tool to use and it works perfectly. I would give all of you some Karma but I don't know how. You all deserve it for this program. It makes things sooooooooooooooo much easier.
