Where is the .sol located?

When I try to edit the .sol it says "Unknown type tag (0x04) for key pens 9 at position 0x00000073."

What dopes that mean? How do I actually edit it. It worked with another game, why doesn't it work with Axis..

ahh damn it theres this tournament and i needa enter my times for the skillful levels. Ahh

Don't enter the tournament, dipshit.
Only enter things you can get through with no question.

1. Download Rag v12.
2. Install Rag v12.
3. Open .sol file in Rag v12.
4. Say thank you.

I downloaded Rag v12. the when I tried to open it it said "Sorry an error has occurred" and has to be closed. There are two options that I can do after that. Ethier Close the program or "Check for a solution online" but that didn't help. (broken image removed)

In which case, try to use an older version of Rag, like v11 or v10....use whichever one that works...which has .sol editing facilities.
