Edit: BTW guys, if you use preator's hacks, don't play around the the Ai, they also get unlimited turns. Strangely they get bored of killing all your units and eventually pass.

Yes, that's directly from the game, he drops steam-rollers on people. The clip is only half actual speed though lol. In the anime it's a fuel tanker.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure for the Dreamcast/Playstation, so easily emulated.
The anime was in 1993 (thanks wikipedia (broken image removed)) and is pretty easy to find thanks to it's high meme content. The film was never even released so don't worry about that (broken image removed)

And RyusuiMan that defiantly does. (broken image removed) I'll have to read it sometime, the fact he had to write out characters for being to powerful just makes it sound to awesome to miss. Though the stand names in the later series sound kinda lame :S
