.sol Folder Location Inexplicably Missing - Please Help

Hi, I'm new to this forum and wanted to tell that I can not find the folder for inserting files Macromedia for insert the archives .Sol ... I searched everywhere but can not find the folder ... not even there ... If they can find a solution please let me know .I have Windows XP... Thanks.

Go to Tools>FolderOptions> View> (make sure "view hidden folders" is checked)
Look at this pic, and see if you can follow it to your .sol files.
