Don't know if this a life hack, but it makes every enemy die with one hit(trees and the carboard/wooden boxes as well), as far as I've tested:
96 04 00 04 01 08 02 4e 96 05 00 07 01 00 00 00 48 12 -> 96 04 00 04 01 08 02 4e 96 05 00 07 01 00 00 00 48 02 (change all the 3 results)
