Increase number of rockets (working):
63 15 66 f9 10 c0 > 63 15 66 f9 10 c1


increase number of rockets instead of decrease:
60 f9 10 a1 46 > 60 f9 10 a0 46

here's a .sol with all the levels unlocked if you don't want to play through...

Edit: that AoB only changes the display #...still looking (not sure why there's code for I think a racing game in here?)
