Flagging?

I've been here for a decent time, but I don't know how to flag posts for some reason...
I saw this out-of-place topic in Badgehack, but I couldn't flag it to help Derek, so I was curious.

Wow I was totally unaware of that  :?  Anyway, yeh just send me a PM with the thread link and the problem and I'll sort it out. I'm still pretty busy at the moment but I'm sure I'll get round to it
