Liberal Animation: Whack the dead rabbit 10 times.
Your Head Essplode!: Eat the mushroom after making it dark (closed eye in the center, spin the dial)
Holy Shhhhh: 5000 points on the loader minigame.
Headless: Once you have all the deaths, go to the skull tree and take the elevator down. Whack the blue robot from the front.
Birdie: Attack the hand that pops out from behind the tree.
I couldn't find the minigame points using basic methods; 5000 is annoying as hell, got to 3000 and clicked the play button through a head...
It helps to go Speedhack ~2.0 as more heads appear, but they disappear faster as well, so you have to have better reflexes the faster you go. Also, be VERY careful around the play button, it sucks to restart after getting tons of points.

Nopers, there is a medal for 5000. Check Edykel's or CTM222's profiles. Pretty ridiculous imo, but that is what being an achievement whore is all about.

Arghhh... I stopped being an achievement whore some month ago and I'm missing over 200 newgrounds medals. Master_X has almost every medal though, he is probably the guy with the most medals.

@Master I doubt that you can change these AoBs and it isn't even worth reloading for each medal.

I got 5013 point on the minigame, but NOTHING happened!!!!
I don't know why, but I've reach the 5000 twice and I still don't get that evil medal!!!

You must hit Hansel over and over with the stick. It takes a lot of hits, though. What I did is hit him a few times on each screen as I played the game normally, and eventually you'll get the medal.
