Looks like the author fucked up when he set the requirement for Mine Sweeper to 500. The game has no .sol so it has to be on one playthrough, and even spamming bombs constantly in hardcore I didn't get the medal.

AoB Swap then.  (broken image removed)  Just replace Shameless with whatever, then click on the credits button.
