Also, are you targeting Firefox?  I think you are supposed to target FF with unity instead of the plugin container...

Not sure if you have to be as complex as this but I attached cheat engine to the game in the windows list(I've heard this is the wrong way to do it before) then checked my money at the sell/buy screen and searched  4b*1 bought something and left the screen(to confirm sale) and searched again. got it on second search.

I have used every possible search (with the All Byte to Double search) using *1, *8, and *8 + 6. I have come with the conclusion that it would be easier to hack this game with AOBS.

If you just want to get money or change some stat on your ship, you should check that save file is almost a plain text XML file(seems to have some binary components so I just edited in a HEX editor).

I found it in the user directory under Application DataUnityWebPlayerPrefschat_2ekongregate_2ecom and simply changed the money.

For some reason it wouldn't let me add more digits than were saved so I did have to buy a few things, then "9" out the money, go back, sell something, and repeat to get like 999,999 but it worked.

Worked perfectly, thanks for the info.  However, once you have $999,999,999 and a maxed out Man of War ship the game becomes super boring.  I hope they add more to this game.

your failure is probably in the fact that when at the buy and sell screen your money doesn't change until you confirm the sale and exit the screen by hitting the bottom left green check mark. Searching for the value shown in the buy/sell screen turned up nothing for me also until I figured out to confirm the sale.

Money is 4 Bytes * 1. If you use Firefox, you have to open FF in CE, not plugin-container.exe. And don't forget to confirm your order if you're buying or selling something, otherwise the money value won't change.

EDIT: The memory address seems to change everytime you buy a ship.

Hey folks, I found a UPP file instead of a xml and I have no idea of how to unlock it...anyone could help?
