You're welcome. And no, they're not the same;

Auto-fire is what it says, it will make it so shotguns and pistols (And some others I guess) won't be semi-auto, they'll be full-auto

"Always Fire Bullets" is apparently a power-up on the game. If you played the game you'll see how it is. A nice powerup, just try it.
