1- Open Cheat Engine
2- Search the amount of points you have*8. The skill points are stored in 4 bytes*8.
3- Spend one.
4- Search again.
5- Repeat 3 and 4 untill you get only one adress.
6- Copy that adress.
7- Freeze it.

Money:
Same steps. Money is stored in 4 bytes *8 too.
