For some reason or another, these hacks do not work when using Google Chrome. (And yes I did the "About Memory" thing to find the right instance.) But I have confirmed they work with Firefox when targetting the "plugin-container.exe".

I just tested it with chrome, it works just fine. You're probably still targetting the wrong thing... Chrome can be quite tricky.
Check out this guy, I always laugh at him.
